How to do it

  1. Lie down on a bench, securing a head harness with weights attached.
  2. Position your feet flat on the ground, stabilizing yourself.
  3. Slowly flex your neck forward, bringing your chin towards your chest.
  4. Return to the starting position under control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
