Roll Neck Decompress Lying on Floor

This exercise uses a foam roller under the neck to help decompress and relieve tension in the neck area. It primarily targets the Sternocleidomastoid and related neck muscles, offering relaxation and stretching benefits.

How to do it

  1. Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place a foam roller under your neck for support.
  3. Cross your arms over your chest and relax your neck onto the roller.
  4. Gently rock side to side for added massage effect.
  5. Maintain relaxed breathing throughout the exercise.
