How to do it

  1. Secure the head harness around your head.
  2. Attach the weight plate to the head harness.
  3. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and slightly bend your knees.
  4. Bend forward slightly at the hips, keeping your back straight.
  5. Slowly extend your neck upward, then return to the starting position.
