The Seated Neck Side Stretch is an effective exercise for increasing flexibility and relieving tension in the neck area. It targets the neck muscles, helping to reduce stiffness and improve range of motion. This exercise is ideal for people who spend long hours sitting or working at a desk.

How to do it

  1. Sit comfortably on the floor with legs crossed.
  2. Keep your back straight and shoulders relaxed.
  3. Place your right hand on the left side of your head.
  4. Gently pull your head towards your right shoulder.
  5. Hold the stretch and then repeat on the opposite side.
