The Extension and Inclination Neck Stretch focuses on elongating and relaxing the neck muscles, improving flexibility and reducing tension. It's beneficial for relieving stress and discomfort caused by prolonged sitting or bad posture.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with your arms relaxed at your sides.
  2. Tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear toward your shoulder.
  3. Gently extend your head backward while maintaining the side tilt.
  4. Hold the stretch for a few seconds, feeling the stretch in the opposite side of the neck.
  5. Return to starting position and repeat on the other side.
