How to do it
- Sit comfortably on the floor with legs crossed and back straight.
- Place your hands behind your head, gently pulling your head forward.
- Keep your chin tucked towards your chest, feeling a stretch along the back of your neck.
- Maintain the stretch for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
- Slowly release and return to the starting position.
