The Kneeling Neck Stretch exercise helps to relieve tension in the neck area. It improves flexibility and reduces the risk of neck strain by using a controlled range of motion.
How to do it
- Begin on all fours with knees hip-width apart and hands in line with the shoulders.
- Slowly drop your head downwards, tucking your chin towards your chest gently.
- Hold the stretch for a few seconds, then lift your head back to the starting position and repeat.
