How to do it

  1. Lie face down on an incline bench, securing your chest and upper body.
  2. Place a head harness on your head, attaching a weight plate.
  3. Start with your neck slightly flexed forward.
  4. Extend your neck backward by lifting your head until aligned with the spine.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
