How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Gently tilt your head backward, looking up toward the ceiling.
- Slowly turn your head forward, bringing your chin toward your chest.
- Turn your head to one side, keeping your chin parallel to the ground.
- Repeat the sequence, ensuring smooth, controlled movements.
