Backward Forward Turn to Side Neck Stretch

This neck stretch targets the neck muscles by encouraging range of motion and flexibility. It helps relieve tension in the neck and upper back, improving posture and reducing stress.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Gently tilt your head backward, looking up toward the ceiling.
  3. Slowly turn your head forward, bringing your chin toward your chest.
  4. Turn your head to one side, keeping your chin parallel to the ground.
  5. Repeat the sequence, ensuring smooth, controlled movements.
