This exercise involves rotating the head in a circular motion, which helps improve neck flexibility and relieve tension. It is beneficial for loosening tight neck muscles and enhancing range of motion.
How to do it
- Stand or sit with a straight back and relaxed shoulders.
- Slowly lower your chin to your chest.
- Begin to rotate your head gently in a circular motion to the right.
- Continue the circle, bringing your head back and then to the left.
- Complete the circle by returning your chin to your chest and repeat.
