This exercise involves rotating the head in a circular motion, which helps improve neck flexibility and relieve tension. It is beneficial for loosening tight neck muscles and enhancing range of motion.

How to do it

  1. Stand or sit with a straight back and relaxed shoulders.
  2. Slowly lower your chin to your chest.
  3. Begin to rotate your head gently in a circular motion to the right.
  4. Continue the circle, bringing your head back and then to the left.
  5. Complete the circle by returning your chin to your chest and repeat.
