Gym Exercise Card
Equipment
Resistance Band Spider Crawls are an upper body exercise that enhances shoulder stability, strength, and flexibility. By having the arms move in a crawling motion against a wall, this exercise effectively engages the shoulder and scapular muscles, promoting improved posture and resilience.
How to do it
- Secure a resistance band around your wrists and stand facing a wall.
- Position your hands in front of you against the wall, shoulder-width apart, creating tension in the band.
- Walk your hands up the wall in a crawling motion, maintaining tension in the band, until they are above your head.
- Slowly reverse the motion, walking your hands back down to the starting position.
- Repeat the crawling motion while maintaining core stability and band tension.
