How to do it
- Stand with feet wide apart, toes slightly out, barbell on the floor in front.
- Grip the barbell with hands shoulder-width apart, keeping back straight.
- Push through heels to stand, pulling the bar upward explosively.
- Drive elbows high and outside, lifting the bar to chin level.
- Lower back to start position in a controlled manner.
