The dumbbell bent-over reverse row targets the upper back muscles, improving strength and stability in the shoulders and upper back. It aids in posture and functional strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells with an overhand grip.
- Bend your knees slightly and hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight.
- Pull the dumbbells towards your chest, elbows out to the sides.
- Pause and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
- Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
