Dumbbell Bent-Over Reverse Row

The dumbbell bent-over reverse row targets the upper back muscles, improving strength and stability in the shoulders and upper back. It aids in posture and functional strength.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding dumbbells with an overhand grip.
  2. Bend your knees slightly and hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight.
  3. Pull the dumbbells towards your chest, elbows out to the sides.
  4. Pause and squeeze the shoulder blades together.
  5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back to the starting position.
