The Cable Rear Delt Row targets the posterior deltoids and upper back, improving shoulder stability and back strength. It's performed using a cable machine, allowing for controlled resistance throughout the movement.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart facing the cable machine.
- Grasp the handle with one hand, arm extended straight out.
- Pull the handle towards your torso, keeping elbow high and squeezing the shoulder blades.
- Slowly extend the arm back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
