The Cable Rear Delt Row targets the posterior deltoids and upper back, improving shoulder stability and back strength. It's performed using a cable machine, allowing for controlled resistance throughout the movement.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart facing the cable machine.
  2. Grasp the handle with one hand, arm extended straight out.
  3. Pull the handle towards your torso, keeping elbow high and squeezing the shoulder blades.
  4. Slowly extend the arm back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
