The Cable Standing Face Pull with Rope is an upper body exercise focusing on improving shoulder health and posture. It targets the muscles of the upper back and shoulders, helping to prevent injuries and promote good posture.

How to do it

  1. Attach a rope to a high pulley on a cable machine.
  2. Stand facing the machine, feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the rope with both hands.
  3. Pull the rope towards your face, keeping elbows high and shoulders down.
  4. Pause briefly when the hands reach the face, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, controlling the movement.
