The Bodyweight Standing Military Press is a dynamic exercise that primarily targets the shoulders, enhancing strength and endurance. By mimicking a pressing motion without weights, it helps improve shoulder mobility and stability while engaging core and supporting muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised, elbows bent at a 90-degree angle.
  2. Engage your core and press your arms upward, extending fully above your head.
  3. Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position, keeping elbows in line with your body.
  4. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
