How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised, elbows bent at a 90-degree angle.
- Engage your core and press your arms upward, extending fully above your head.
- Slowly lower your arms back to the starting position, keeping elbows in line with your body.
- Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.
