How to do it

  1. Stand with feet hip-width apart and arms by your side.
  2. Step to the right side while raising both arms overhead.
  3. Return to the starting position and step to the left, again raising arms overhead.
  4. Continue alternating sides at a comfortable pace, maintaining control and balance.
  5. Perform for desired duration or repetitions.
