How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand by your sides.
- Step your left leg diagonally behind your right leg, bending both knees into a lunge position.
- Lower your hips until your right thigh is parallel to the ground, keeping your torso upright.
- Push through your right heel to return to standing, bringing your feet back to hip-width.
- Switch sides and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
