How to do it
- Stand upright with feet hip-width apart, arms at your sides, maintaining a relaxed yet engaged posture.
- Shift your weight onto the right leg and lift the left foot toward your glutes, bending the knee naturally.
- As you kick back, swipe both hands inward across the front of your body, engaging your core and maintaining balance.
- Lower the left foot back to the starting position and immediately switch sides, repeating the movement with the right foot.
