The EZ Bar Deadlift with Biceps Curl combines a deadlift motion with a biceps curl. This hybrid exercise targets both the lower and upper body, enhancing strength and coordination. It is effective for building muscle mass in the legs, back, and arms, while also improving grip strength.
How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding an EZ barbell with a shoulder-width grip.
- Hinge at the hips and bend knees to lower the barbell to about mid-shin level.
- Lift the barbell by extending hips and knees, keeping back straight.
- Once standing, perform a biceps curl by bending elbows to bring the barbell to shoulder height.
- Lower the barbell back to the starting position and repeat.
