How to do it

  1. Start in a downward dog position with hands and feet on the ground.
  2. Engage your core and lift one leg towards the ceiling, keeping it straight.
  3. Maintain equal weight distribution between your hands and the standing foot.
  4. Hold the position for a few breaths, keeping the raised leg active.
  5. Lower the leg back to the starting position and repeat with the other leg.
