Cross Jump Jacks are a dynamic exercise combining the benefits of jumping jacks with an added lateral cross movement. This exercise elevates the heart rate, improving cardiovascular endurance while also engaging multiple muscle groups for a comprehensive workout.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms at sides.
  2. Jump to spread your legs while crossing your arms in front.
  3. Jump again to bring legs together and arms back to sides.
  4. Continue alternating arm and leg positions at a steady pace.
  5. Maintain a soft knee bend to absorb impact.
