The Downward Dog is a yoga pose that stretches and strengthens various muscle groups, promoting flexibility and balance. It is a foundational posture in many yoga practices, useful for improving posture and relieving stress.

How to do it

  1. Start on hands and knees, with wrists under shoulders and knees under hips.
  2. Lift hips upward, straightening legs and forming an inverted V.
  3. Press heels gently toward the floor while keeping arms and back straight.
