The Stepback with Corner Touch is a dynamic exercise that combines stepping back with a reach-and-touch movement. It primarily enhances agility, coordination, and overall strength by engaging multiple muscle groups throughout the body.
How to do it
- Stand tall with feet shoulder-width apart and arms raised.
- Step one foot back diagonally as you lower your body into a lunge.
- Simultaneously, reach forward and touch the opposite corner.
- Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired repetitions.
