How to do it

  1. Attach a cable to your waist and stand facing a step.
  2. Place one foot on the step, ensuring the knee stays in line with the toe.
  3. Push through the heel to step up, bringing the trailing leg onto the platform.
  4. Control the descent back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch legs.
