How to do it
- Attach a cable to your waist and stand facing a step.
- Place one foot on the step, ensuring the knee stays in line with the toe.
- Push through the heel to step up, bringing the trailing leg onto the platform.
- Control the descent back to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of reps, then switch legs.
