The Dumbbell Lying Rear Lateral Raise targets the rear deltoids. It helps build shoulder strength and improve posture by isolating the muscle and minimizing assistance from other areas.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on a bench, holding dumbbells in each hand.
  2. Let your arms hang straight down with a slight bend in the elbows.
  3. Raise the dumbbells out to the sides, squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the dumbbells back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
