How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, hinge at hips slightly.
  2. Extend arms forward, parallel to the ground.
  3. In a controlled motion, swing arms back and then forward explosively.
  4. Repeat the motion in a rhythmic manner, keeping core engaged.
  5. Maintain a slight bend in knees for stability.
