How to do it

  1. Sit on the leverage machine, feet flat, and chest against the pad.
  2. Grasp the handles with an overhand grip, arms extended downward.
  3. Lean forward slightly, engaging your core.
  4. Lift the handles outward and upward, squeezing the shoulder blades.
  5. Return to the starting position with control and repeat.
