Rear Deltoid Stretch

The Rear Deltoid Stretch is a flexibility exercise targeting the posterior part of the shoulder. It helps improve shoulder flexibility and can alleviate tension in the upper back and shoulder area.

How to do it

  1. Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Extend one arm across your body at shoulder height.
  3. Use your opposite hand to gently pull the arm closer to your chest for a stretch.
  4. Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
  5. Switch arms and repeat the stretch on the other side.
