The Rear Deltoid Stretch is a flexibility exercise targeting the posterior part of the shoulder. It helps improve shoulder flexibility and can alleviate tension in the upper back and shoulder area.
How to do it
- Stand upright with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Extend one arm across your body at shoulder height.
- Use your opposite hand to gently pull the arm closer to your chest for a stretch.
- Hold the position for 15-30 seconds, breathing deeply.
- Switch arms and repeat the stretch on the other side.
