The Dumbbell Lying Rear Delt Row targets the rear deltoids and upper back. By pulling the dumbbells up while lying face down on an incline bench, this exercise enhances shoulder and upper back strength and stability.
How to do it
- Lie face down on an incline bench, holding a dumbbell in each hand with a neutral grip.
- Let your arms hang straight down towards the floor.
- Keep your core tight, pull the elbows back and up to bring the dumbbells to your sides.
- Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top, then slowly lower the weights back to starting position.
