The Cambered Bar Lying Row is an exercise targeting the upper back muscles. Performed while lying face down on a bench, it focuses on building strength and stability in the back and shoulders by pulling a cambered bar towards the body.
How to do it
- Lie face down on a bench, holding a Cambered Bar with a pronated grip.
- Position the bar below your shoulders, arms extended.
- Pull the bar towards your torso by retracting your shoulder blades.
- Pause and squeeze your back muscles.
- Lower the bar back to the starting position.
