The Cambered Bar Lying Row is an exercise targeting the upper back muscles. Performed while lying face down on a bench, it focuses on building strength and stability in the back and shoulders by pulling a cambered bar towards the body.

How to do it

  1. Lie face down on a bench, holding a Cambered Bar with a pronated grip.
  2. Position the bar below your shoulders, arms extended.
  3. Pull the bar towards your torso by retracting your shoulder blades.
  4. Pause and squeeze your back muscles.
  5. Lower the bar back to the starting position.
