How to do it
- Adjust the seat height and secure your thighs under the pads.
- Grasp the bars with an underhand grip, palms facing you.
- Pull the handles down towards your chest while keeping your back straight.
- Pause briefly at the chest, then slowly allow the handles to return to the starting position.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
