The Suspender Self Assisted Pull-Up is a bodyweight exercise that helps improve upper body strength and stability. By using suspension straps, it allows for some assistance, making it easier for beginners to perform pull-ups while strengthening the back, arms, and shoulders.

How to do it

  1. Grip the suspended handles with an overhand grip, arms fully extended and feet on the ground.
  2. Engage your core and pull your body upward by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  3. Continue to pull until your chin is level with the handles. Lower slowly back to the starting position.
