The Landmine Bent-Over Row with V-Bar is an effective exercise for developing strong back and arm muscles. It enhances upper body strength and helps improve posture by targeting the back muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, bending slightly at the knees.
  2. Grip the V-Bar attachment and hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight.
  3. Pull the V-Bar towards your torso while squeezing the shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the V-Bar back to the starting position with control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
