How to do it
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, bending slightly at the knees.
- Grip the V-Bar attachment and hinge at the hips, keeping your back straight.
- Pull the V-Bar towards your torso while squeezing the shoulder blades together.
- Lower the V-Bar back to the starting position with control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
