The Barbell Underhand Bent-Over Row primarily targets the back muscles while also engaging the arms. This exercise enhances upper body strength and improves posture by focusing on the lats and other supportive muscles.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, knees slightly bent, holding the barbell underhand.
  2. Hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight and chest lifted.
  3. Pull the barbell towards your waist, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  4. Lower the barbell slowly back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
