How to do it

- Hold a kettlebell with both hands, arms extended above your chest.
- Lower the kettlebell in an arc behind your head while keeping arms slightly bent.
- Return to the starting position, engaging your lats and chest.
- Repeat for desired repetitions, maintaining control throughout.
