The Plank Push-Up Row combines a plank position with push-ups and rows for a full-body workout, primarily enhancing core strength and stability. This exercise effectively engages the upper body muscles, particularly the back and arms, while also providing a dynamic core challenge.

How to do it

  1. Start in a high plank position, holding a dumbbell in each hand.
  2. Keep your core tight and perform a push-up, lowering your chest to the floor.
  3. Push back up to the starting position.
  4. Row one dumbbell towards your hip, keeping your elbow close to your body.
  5. Return the dumbbell to the ground and repeat on the other side.
