How to do it

  1. Sit at the cable machine with knees secured under the pad.
  2. Grab the parallel handles with both hands, palms facing each other.
  3. Pull the handles down towards your chest by bending your elbows.
  4. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the bottom of the movement.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position.
