The band bent-over row is a strength exercise targeting the back muscles. It enhances back thickness and improves posture by engaging the upper and mid back. This exercise builds strength in the posterior chain using a resistance band, making it versatile and accessible.

How to do it

  1. Stand on the resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Bend at the hips while keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
  3. Hold the resistance band handles with arms extended toward the floor.
  4. Pull the handles towards your lower ribcage, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
  5. Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
