How to do it
- Stand on the resistance band with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Bend at the hips while keeping your back straight and knees slightly bent.
- Hold the resistance band handles with arms extended toward the floor.
- Pull the handles towards your lower ribcage, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
- Slowly return to the starting position, maintaining control.
