The Side Step Fly is a dynamic exercise that combines lateral movement with upper body engagement, aimed at strengthening the deltoids and improving coordination and balance.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms extended in front at chest height.
  2. Step to the side with one foot while maintaining arm position.
  3. Return to start by bringing feet together, keeping arms engaged.
  4. Alternate sides for desired repetitions.
