The EZ Bar Anti-Gravity Press is an exercise that targets the shoulders and upper chest while also engaging the triceps. It involves pressing the barbell from a raised, tilted position against gravity, making it effective for developing shoulder stability and strength.

How to do it

  1. Position yourself face down on an incline bench, feet firmly on the ground.
  2. Grip the EZ barbell firmly with both hands, elbows slightly bent.
  3. Extend the arms upward in front of you, pressing the bar away from the body.
  4. Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position, maintaining control.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
