The EZ Bar Anti-Gravity Press is an exercise that targets the shoulders and upper chest while also engaging the triceps. It involves pressing the barbell from a raised, tilted position against gravity, making it effective for developing shoulder stability and strength.
How to do it
- Position yourself face down on an incline bench, feet firmly on the ground.
- Grip the EZ barbell firmly with both hands, elbows slightly bent.
- Extend the arms upward in front of you, pressing the bar away from the body.
- Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position, maintaining control.
- Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
