How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell with one arm extended overhead, standing with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Engage your core and begin to lower into a squat while maintaining the kettlebell overhead.
- Push through your heels to stand back up, keeping your arm straight and kettlebell stable overhead.
