How to do it

  1. Start in a standing position with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Step forward into a lunge with your right leg, lowering into a controlled position.
  3. Explode upwards, switching legs mid-air, landing softly in a lunge with your left leg forward.
  4. Repeat alternately, focusing on maintaining form and balance.
