The kettlebell front squat is a compound exercise that strengthens the quadriceps, glutes, and core. Holding kettlebells in the front rack position, this dynamic movement is ideal for building lower body strength and improving balance and stability.
How to do it
- Hold a kettlebell in each hand and position them at shoulder height.
- Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly turned out.
- Lower into a squat, keeping chest up and knees behind toes.
- Drive through heels to stand back up, maintaining kettlebell position.
- Repeat the movement for desired reps.
