The Bear Walk is a dynamic full-body exercise that enhances coordination, strength, and stability. It primarily targets the shoulders, core, and legs by requiring the body to move in a controlled manner on all fours, mimicking a bear's natural movement.

How to do it

  1. Start on all fours with your hands and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Lift your knees slightly off the ground, keeping your back straight.
  3. Move opposite hand and foot forward simultaneously, alternating sides.
  4. Keep your core engaged and hips low to maintain stability.
  5. Continue moving forward for a set distance or time.
