How to do it
- Start on all fours with your hands and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lift your knees slightly off the ground, keeping your back straight.
- Move opposite hand and foot forward simultaneously, alternating sides.
- Keep your core engaged and hips low to maintain stability.
- Continue moving forward for a set distance or time.
