Jack Step is a dynamic exercise that combines the movements of a jumping jack with stepping. It effectively engages both upper and lower body muscles, improving cardiovascular endurance and coordination.
How to do it
- Stand with feet together and arms by your sides.
- Step your right foot to the side while raising your arms above your head.
- Bring your right foot back and lower your arms.
- Repeat the movement with your left foot.
- Continue alternating sides for the desired duration.
