Jack Step is a dynamic exercise that combines the movements of a jumping jack with stepping. It effectively engages both upper and lower body muscles, improving cardiovascular endurance and coordination.

How to do it

  1. Stand with feet together and arms by your sides.
  2. Step your right foot to the side while raising your arms above your head.
  3. Bring your right foot back and lower your arms.
  4. Repeat the movement with your left foot.
  5. Continue alternating sides for the desired duration.
