The Landmine Front Squat is a strength exercise that targets the lower body, particularly focusing on building leg strength and improving core stability. It is performed using a barbell anchored in a landmine attachment, combining the benefits of squats with a unique loading position to enhance muscle activation.

How to do it

  1. Stand facing the landmine, with feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Hold the end of the barbell with both hands close to chest level.
  3. Squat down by bending at the hips and knees, keeping your chest up.
  4. Lower until your thighs are parallel to the ground, maintaining tension.
  5. Press through your heels to return to the starting position.
