How to do it
- Stand facing the landmine, with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the end of the barbell with both hands close to chest level.
- Squat down by bending at the hips and knees, keeping your chest up.
- Lower until your thighs are parallel to the ground, maintaining tension.
- Press through your heels to return to the starting position.
