The cable squatting curl is a combination exercise that targets both the biceps and the legs. It involves performing a bicep curl while maintaining a squatting position. This movement helps enhance arm strength and endurance while also improving lower body stability and strength.

How to do it

  1. Set up a cable machine with a handle attachment at the lowest position.
  2. Stand in front of the cable machine and grip the handle with an underhand grip.
  3. Squat down, keeping your back straight and knees over your toes.
  4. Perform a bicep curl by bending your elbows and bringing the handle towards your shoulders.
  5. Slowly lower the handle back to the starting position while maintaining the squat position.
