This plyometric exercise involves jumping from a squatting position to a full standing position, helping to enhance explosive leg power and improve cardiovascular fitness.

How to do it

  1. Start in a squat position with knees bent and feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Quickly push through the heels to explode upward, jumping as high as possible.
  3. Extend the legs and arms fully while in the air.
  4. Land softly back into the squat position.
  5. Repeat the jump continuously for the desired repetitions.
