This plyometric exercise involves jumping from a squatting position to a full standing position, helping to enhance explosive leg power and improve cardiovascular fitness.
How to do it
- Start in a squat position with knees bent and feet shoulder-width apart.
- Quickly push through the heels to explode upward, jumping as high as possible.
- Extend the legs and arms fully while in the air.
- Land softly back into the squat position.
- Repeat the jump continuously for the desired repetitions.
