Stationary Bike

Cycling on a stationary bike is an effective cardiovascular exercise that builds endurance and strength while being gentle on the joints. It targets the lower body, providing a great workout for the legs and improving overall fitness.

How to do it

  1. Adjust the bike seat to a comfortable height so your knees are slightly bent at the lowest pedal position.
  2. Sit upright with hands lightly gripping the handlebar, keeping your back straight.
  3. Begin pedaling at a steady pace, applying equal pressure with both legs.
  4. Maintain a regular breathing pattern and adjust resistance as needed to increase intensity.
  5. Cool down gradually by decreasing the resistance and slowing your pace before stopping.
